Emerald Bay

We hung out at Emerald Bay with the Laveaud's last weekend. The weather was gorgeous and Olivia had a great time playing with Aimee and Luca.

She dug in my purse and found her "ollyhop" I love that she calls it that.

Camille enjoyed the beach too.

Me Being A Poser

Yes, I was posing as a photographer and it was so much fun. Kamee let me tag along as she did a bridal shoot. I held the reflector, some lenses and lots of bags! But I also got a chance to shoot this lovely bride.

Face Painting

I walked in Olivia's classroom and saw a managerie! There were all sorts of painted faces: a lion, flower, bee, lady bug, crocodile. Olivia was a butterfly. A beautiful butterfly.

She chose the color of her butterfly. Puhple.

Happy Dirtday

Here's a video that should've been attached with my birthday post. Olivia is singing me happy birthday but she says dirtday. I love it.

Olivia's First Ballet Class

Dance class day, yippee yoo yippee yay! After wearing her tutu around the house all weekend, she was so excited to wear it to her first dance class. There were about six 3 year olds in the class so Olivia was the youngest, but she was not lacking in enthusiasm. She was a little shy for about 2 minutes and then she got into it. It's actually a mommy and me class so I got to join in at random times (booooo).

The class is a jumble of activities to hold the interest of 2-3 year olds. Lots of props were used.

She had such a GREAT time at her first dance class and as soon as it was over she asked to "dance AGAIN." Gosh, this little girl is getting expensive :)

Everyone asks what color her eyes are. They are gray, for now at least. It makes her look mysterious!

Olivia had a baking date with grandma yesterday. They made the most delicious chocolate peanut butter with blackberry jam cookies!!!
