Camille's Half Birthday

Today, June 14, 2011 Camille is one and a half. Whoo hoo. We're going to put a candle in her soy ice cream bar tonight and sing her Happy Half Birthday. Last night we practiced singing and she loved it. During dinner Olivia reminded her that she needed to eat all her dinner (like that's ever a problem) and listen to mommy or else you're not going to have a half birthday. It made me laugh.


At 1.5 Camille has a pretty strong personality and she can communicate what she wants. She loves her "muh" (milk), and her favorite food is bow tie pasta and hummus (not together). She loves snacking on frozen peas, but they must remain frozen. Once they start melting she leaves them alone or smooshes them one by one with her finger. Camille is just ok with taking baths but will scream bloody murder once you pour water on her head. She likes getting her toenails painted, likes saying "hi's" to the golfers, enjoys riding her tricycle. She loves her yaya and her dada and her mama, but we think she loves her paci even more :)
